Elysium

In 2154, the very wealthy live in Elysium, a Stanford Torus high-tech space station by President Patel (Faran Tahir) regulated in a utopian setting, which includes access to private medical machines that offer instant cures, while all other lives below on the overcrowded, disease-ridden, "Third World slum" that the earth has ruined himself. Who Elysium at nothing to keep enforcing anti-immigration laws and protect their citizens to stop lifestyle, even destroying ships, try to get there.

After an accident leaves him to die radiation, has 36-year-old factory worker and ex-con Max Da Costa (Matt Damon) just five days to get from Los Angeles to Elysium to be healed. Max is a powerful exoskeleton and tries to kidnap a rich businessman (William Fichtner) to steal his identity and kidnap his manner provided in Elysium. This pits him against Elysium Secretary of Homeland Security Delacourt Rhodes (Jodie Foster) and her violent secret police, led by Kruger agent (Sharlto Copley).

Three rogue ships flying towards Elysium . Delacourt ( Jodie Foster) , the Security Council head , orders them shot down. From the earth, their covert operative Floor Kruger starts ( Sharlto Copely ) missiles to the shuttles. Two are destroyed, but you manage to land . A mother breaks into a mansion and uses the medical pod to heal her child. However, everyone is arrested. Later Delacourt brought before the President and his cabinet , they are dismayed by the use of extreme force . As well, Kruger will be dismissed from the service . Delacourt meets secretly with Carlyle and planning a coup in return 200 years arms treaty . Carlyle has the most important computer security program .
The next day, Max, Julio and two other rebels approaching Carlyle connection he has only a modified program for the safety of implant uploaded with a death lock security code . Max meets the flying Bugatti with a small bomb and throws a stone's throw away. Max and his gang give chase and fight the two guards Carlyle robot. Meanwhile Delacourt sees what is going on and orders Kruger back into operation. , He is picked up by an attack craft and they come in the battle Max accustomed to his skeleton and weapons, but Carlyle is mortally wounded in the crossfire , just manage the rebels around the implant before Kruger comes download burning. Max is the only survivor and manages to escape , though severely wounded . He finds his way to the hospital and calls Freya as she prepared to go home . Freya takes Max and her daughter home.
Kruger and his shock troops launch probes search for Max and Delacourt LA shut down airspace. Freya stitches to Max and he gets a good night sleep . In the morning, Max goes to leave , Freya has to help her daughter, who has a disease . Max says he can not help and leaves. A probe spotted him immediately and Kruger flew towards him. Max hits the probe with a rock and escapes Spider HQ . Kruger comes to Freya and takes it and caught the girl. Spider fits into Max's implant study what is there, he sees it is the Master's program for Elysium safety . You realize how important it is. Max realizes that he is acting for its healing and leaves, he is in the open and lands near Kruger . Max has a grenade and threatens to blow his head off if he is not taken to Elysium . Kruger explained easily and Max comes on board .
When the attack craft leaves room for Delacourt opens LA airspace. Spider and a group of rebels on board a shuttle and follow.
Kruger the craft in the inner space station orbit. One of the soldiers mocked Max and a fight breaks out , the grenade goes off injuring Kruger and the shuttle crash landing . Hi , Freya and daughter are captured. Spider and a small group of land in the vicinity and go towards max . Delacourt takes the chance the president as an act of war is responsible , they tell .

Max is connected and the technician Delacourt start the upload. Delacourt goes to the armory , where Kruger has just received a new skin grafted face. Tons him. Fraction for the landing, but Kruger suddenly stabs her in the neck with a shard of glass They throw the soldiers locked in the same room as Freya . Spider and Max manage to start the upload , in the end they realize Max will die the death of code. Max calls Freya and approved sad. He pushes the final key and break-ins , is dead . Spider change the protocols for each citizen on Earth make a Elysiumite . Freya is the daughter of leukemia cured , and refuse the guard robots to obey orders . The host sends a fleet of shuttles with medical pods on the ground to start curing people .
